Never before was a complete listing of all the localities in Slovenia, pertaining to registers of catholic parishes before 1939, available; all which researchers had on hand, be they amateurs or professional genealogists or even archivists, was a bewildering multitude of outdated individual rosters, if that at all.

I can now offer a complete listing of about 8.000 towns, villages, market-towns and sundry communities, also including single farm-holdings, estates, castles, as well as a lot of mills, with a lot of localities with hyphenated definitions like Klein-, Groß-, Unter-, Hinter-, Vorder-, Ober-, Nieder-, Bad-, Alt-, Neu-, which in addition nevertheless also appear without these pre-fixes – equally included are even former, now disused, place-names, even ruins.
